Built in April, 2001, Yantai Cherry Garments Co., Ltd covers 12000 sqm of floor area and 9000 sqm of building area. There are about 100 workers in the factory with 3 suspending assembly lines. It mainly produces leisure pants such as denim, khaki and corduroy. And coats are mostly polyester clothes and medium cotton wadded jackets. The monthly production for pants is around 60 thousand pieces and for coats is around 3 thousand pieces. With 400 normal sewing machines and 280 various professional machines, the factory can deal with all kinds of different styles of design. It is also equipped with CAD machine so that the pattern can be sent by email. At the same time, it uses PGM software for pattern layout to increase efficiency and accuracy
